Myrtle Beach is a relatively small, calm, and peaceful seaside town located on the northeastern coast of South Carolina, offering warm, sunny summers with continuously clear weather, and mild winters. Because Myrtle Beach is a town of only twenty-five thousand permanent residents (though it seems much higher during the summer because of the tourism industry), the town is quite community oriented. Many of the Myrtle Beach condos are situated directly on the ocean, with others being set slightly further back.
